FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are you open to the public?
    We are open to the public for e-commerce (online) orders only. All orders will be delivered between specific hours of the day. Pick is not available.
  • What area do you service?
    We service Miami-Dade and Broward County
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open Mondays- Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday By appointment only. We are closed on Sundays. ​
  • What do you offer?
    Currently, we offer pound cakes and cupcakes. All of our products can be ordered from our "Shop" page. All orders can be available within 24-48 hours depending on when they are ordered. If you would like a custom order of cupcakes or a variation of pound cakes, please submit an inquiry form on our "Contact Us" page. ​ We also offer our infamous Sweets on the Run once a quarter. Sweets on the Run is an opportunity to purchase our desserts in smaller quantities, as well as other desserts that we don't offer often delivered right to you by your favorite baker, Nikki Bryan. Occasionally, you can order a custom cake if we have availability. It might be your lucky day, give us a call.
  • How far in advance should I order?
    Pound Cakes and cupcakes can be ordered up 2-3 hours in advance via our online store All custom cupcake orders must be ordered at minimum of 7 days in advance. *Disclaimer: Occasionally, there will be availability for last minute orders so please do contact us. Last minute orders (1 week) are subject to a rush fee of $50.00.
  • How do I reserve a date?
    To reserve a date with us, please email us at info@ddeliciousdelicacies.com. Be sure to include the following information: The treat you are inquiring about Your budget Your theme Pictures Date of the Event Preferred form of communication We will respond to you within 24-72 hours via your preferred form of communication ( Weekend inquiries will be answered by Tuesday morning) All orders that are over $100 require a non-refundable 50% retainer at the time of order placement. A retainer officially reserves us for your event date. All orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of order placement. OR You can fill out the form on our contact us page and we will be in contact with you within 48 hours. (Weekend inquiries will be answered by Tuesday morning)
  • What is your cancellation/refund policy?
    Orders can be cancelled for a partial refund (amount minus the retainer) up to 2 weeks before the order is due. *Disclaimer: This does NOT include last minute orders. Last minute orders are non refundable.
  • Do you ship?
    Yes, we ship all of our Classic Desserts Nationwide. You can order directly from our Shop. We currently do not ship custom cakes. Visit our online store for express ordering.
  • Is pick up available?
    No, pick up is not available. We are an e-commerce bakery and do not have a location open to the public. All orders must be delivered.
  • Do you offer Cake Tasting?
    Mobile Cake Tasting is available upon request. Please visit our contact us page to schedule a cake tasting.
  • Do you provide liquor bottles for infused cupcakes?
    By law, we are prohibited from buying and reselling alcohol. Therefore, we do not provide liquor bottle or pipettes for infused cupcakes. We create a space on the cake or cupcakes for the client to insert the bottle(s) once it is in their possession. The client must also sign a waiver upon receipt of the bottle-less cake.
  • Do you offer delivery services?
    Delivery and set up is an additional charge. The fee starts at $15 depending on the distance and/or set up. We are not responsible for any damages after delivery and/or set up. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and sturdy table for your cake. Cakes are heavy and need a secure table. They also need to be stored in a 75 degree temperature or below room.
  • Do you cater to corporate accounts?
